CNC Router

A CNC wood router is a numerical control that creates objects from wood. Parts of a project can be designed in the computer with CAD/CAM program, and then cut automatically using a router produce a finished part.
The CNC router works like a printer. Work is composed on a computer and then the design or drawing is sent to the CNC router for the hard copy. This outputs a 3 dimensional copy of the work. The CNC router uses a cutting tool instead of an inkjet. The cutting tool is generally a router but other cutters can be used as well.
The CNC works on the cartesian coordinate system X,Y,Z for 3d motion control. CNC stands for computer nemerical control. This gives the computer aa printer like ability to robotic ducation , and production work.

A CNC wood router uses CNC(Computer Numerical Control) and is similar to a metal CNC mill with the following differences.
  • The wood router typically spins faster-with a range of 13000 to 24000 RPM
  • Professional quality machines frequently use surface facing tools up to 3'' in diameter or more, and spindle power from 5 to 15 horsepower.Machine capable of routing heavy material use at over a thousand inches per minute are common.
  • Some machines use similar tool holders MK2(Morse tapper #2 on older machines)ISO-63 has begun to supplant the ISO-30 as the rapid change standard in recent years.
  • A wood router is controlled in the same way as a metal mill but there is a lot of CAm and CAD software like ArtCAM, MasterCAM,BobCAD,AlphaCAM,WoodWop,AstroCAM and FeatureCAM specially for wood routers. Wood routers are frequently used to machine other soft materials such as plastics at high speed.

Edge Banding Machine-

Automatic Panel Saw-


Feature - 
Accurate Ripping operation-
The saw carriage runs with bronze wheel, which is cnc lathe precision machined for accurate concentrically productivity fine smooth surface cut, the guide rods, hard chrome plated, provide rigid support for saw carriage, the ripping accuracy is guaranteed.The saw carriage feed is driven by rugged wire, Fitted with a shock absorbing cylinder to prevent bumbling while it travels to the left side , The scoring blade may be laterally adjusted for a burr free cut or vertically adjusted for proper depth of cut and to compensate for blade wear. The floating tables are drilled with holes throughout the table areas, in which are fitted steel balls, powerful blowers supply air into the holes. Forcing the steel balls to protrude above the table surface , creating a floating effect, this allows the panels to in feed effortlessly , the table surface are covered with Bakelite to prevent scratching of the panel during feeding.
Calibration Sander Machine-

Automatic Moulder Machine-
The machine is equipped with two full automatic and high-efficiency injectors, compined with performance mould clamping system and PC control system, By using EVA as the raw material, the machine can produce midsole , sole and various kinds of EVA foaming products flexibly.
1.Injection System
The measuring mechanism , which adopts potentiometer detection, along with PLC and PC, can compute and control material entering precisely. With the introduction of the worm gear deceletor , co ordinated with the brake motor, the two injectors run at a high speed under the control of converter , orientation is of high accuracy.
2.Mould Clamping System:-
The two steps speedy mould opening clamping mechanism with detection device of full mould opening. Enlarging mould design size can be consistent with varied moulds flexiblity at a  high compatiblity. 
3.Computer Control System.
The PLC control module works through a graphic display interface to show all monitoring information and setting conditions. material input amount, injection temperature , mould temperature , operation time, out put mould data, etc. all operation precessess can be controlled and performance on the touch screen , besides the operation instructios are easily to be learned ,

Radial Arm Saw
A radial arm saw basically consists of a motor (rather like a handheld circular saw) suspended from a long arm, in a yoke , which allows multiple degrees of rotation for the motor assembly. The motor assembly connects to the overhead arm by a carriage assembly that traverses the arm length when manually pulled by the operator. All parts of this assembly may be locked when manually pulled by the operator , All parts of this assembly may be locked into particular positions are desired by the user, To achieve simple 90 degree cross cut the saw is pulled from back to front, through a slot in the fence, To make a rip cut the motor head is rotated 90 degrees and positioned outside the fence parallel to it.
